YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO
- Assemble the printable pattern and apply fusible interfacing
- Form the decorative folds, attach the brim and add the hat band
- Sew and shape the curled shoes, spats, ribbons and buttons
- Stuff, finish and personalize the decoration
PRINTING INFORMATION
Print at 100% or Actual Size. Do not select Fit to Page or Scale to Fit. Measure the test square before cutting your fabric. Adobe Acrobat Reader is recommended.
