About Me
Hello, I’m Cheri — the maker behind Cheri Demeter Patterns.
Sewing and creating with my hands have always been part of who I am. After working in healthcare, I followed that love back to the sewing table. When my daughter was born, I began making soft toys and small projects for her — and quickly fell in love with creating pieces that could become part of everyday family life.
What started with handmade toys grew into Cheri Demeter Patterns: a collection of sewing projects for little ones, home, gifts, bags, accessories, and seasonal making.
I design each pattern to help you enjoy the process as much as the finished piece. Every project includes full-size printable pattern pieces and a detailed photo tutorial, with clear guidance from the first cut to the final stitch.
My hope is that you’ll make something useful, beautiful, and personal — a project to give, use, enjoy, or make again in your own favorite fabrics.
