Terry cloth is the ideal fabric for this project, fabrics used as towels, generally made of natural and absorbent fibers, such as cotton, also work. If you’re a beginner, choose a thinner terry cloth—one that’s not too thick or fluffy—as it’s easier to sew.
Amount of fabric required:
-Size 2 years and 4 years: 49” x 55” (125 cm x 140 cm)
-Size 6 years and 8 years: 59” x 55” (150 cm x 140 cm)
-Size 10 years and 12 years: 65” x 59” (165 cm x 150 cm)
