SKILL LEVEL

Beginner friendly. The tutorial walks you through printing, cutting, sewing the pant legs, creating the elastic waistband and finishing the elastic hems.

MATERIALS

• Fabric: cotton, linen, muslin, flannel, corduroy, French terry, sweatshirt fleece or a midweight cotton-blend jersey
• 0.8 in / 2 cm-wide elastic
• Sewing machine with straight and zigzag stitches
• Scissors, pins, ruler or tape measure
• Safety pin for threading elastic

IMPORTANT PRINTING INFORMATION

Print the pattern at 100% or “Actual Size.” Do not select “Fit to Page.” Please measure the test square before cutting fabric.
