Digital Products
All products sold on this website are digital PDF sewing patterns, tutorials, or related digital files. No physical item will be shipped.
After successful payment, your files will be available through the order confirmation page and/or sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us at support@cheridemeter.com.
Personal Use and Small Handmade Business License
Each pattern is protected by copyright and is licensed to the original purchaser.
You may use the pattern to make finished handmade items for personal use, gifts, or small-scale sale of up to 100 finished items per pattern.
If you sell finished items made from a Cheri Demeter pattern, please credit: “Pattern by Cheri Demeter.”
You may not use our patterns for mass production or factory production.
Workshops
You may use a Cheri Demeter pattern in an in-person workshop, provided that each participant purchases their own copy of the pattern.
Online workshops, recorded classes, pattern-sharing groups, and any form of digital redistribution are not permitted without written permission.
Copyright and File Sharing
All patterns, tutorials, photographs, illustrations, text, and digital files are the intellectual property of Cheri Demeter.
You may not copy, share, forward, upload, sell, reproduce, distribute, translate, alter, or redistribute any part of a pattern or tutorial. This includes sharing files through email, cloud storage, social media, websites, marketplaces, groups, or any other platform.
You may not use our product photographs, tutorial images, or listing images to promote finished items or other products.
Refunds
Because our products are digital files available for download after purchase, refunds or exchanges are generally not available once access to the files has been provided.
If you experience a download problem, receive an incorrect file, or need help accessing your purchase, please contact us at support@cheridemeter.com. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

We make every effort to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, photos, measurements, sizing information, and skill-level guidance. Please read the product listing carefully before purchasing.
Finished results may vary depending on fabric choice, sewing experience, printing accuracy, and individual technique. Print pattern pages at 100% / Actual Size and check the test square before cutting fabric.
